Do you restock items?
Most of our pieces are made in small, limited batches and may not be restocked once they sell out. Follow us on Instagram to catch restock announcements.
What does "preorder" mean?
Preorder items are made to order in the batch you're purchasing in. The estimated ship date is listed on the product page -- preorders typically ship a few weeks after the order window closes.
Sizing
How do your pieces fit?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Once the preorder window officially closes, it will take about a month for production to be completed, and another week or so for us to receive it. Email updates will be sent out as production progresses! Domestic delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after that; international orders can take 7-21 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
All sales are final. Soft by Design is a small and growing team, and we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect sizing. It’s extremely important the size charts are followed carefully for this reason! In the unlikely event an item is defective upon arrival, please reach out to us at softbydesignworld@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving.
