Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. Soft by Design is a small and growing team, and we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect sizing. It’s extremely important the size charts are followed carefully for this reason! In the unlikely event an item is defective upon arrival, please reach out to us at softbydesignworld@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving.
Shipping Policy
Preorder items ship on the date noted on the product page.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing. International shipping times vary by destination, generally 7-21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped.
